Upon clients’ request, we can make flour or flour mixes according to their baking technology and quality indicators for specific bread products.
Currently, we produce mixtures of various types for dark, white and wholemeal bread; the mixtures contain various types of wheat and rye flour, grain mixtures, sugar, salt, dry scald, dry ferment and other additives for baking.
You only have to add water, to spice the mixture with individually selected flavourings or additives, and the dough is ready!
This way the technological process of bread preparation requires at least a few less hours: you can save time and storage place, simplify bookkeeping and ensure simple preparation of products and constant quality.
