8 Grain Flakes is a unique product in Lithuania, for it contains 8 types of grains and bran in one package. These flakes are combined of a carefully selected variety of grain cultures and consist of oat, wheat, rye, barley, buckwheat and rice flakes, as well as, whole grit millet, flax seeds, oat and wheat bran.

The mentioned variety of grain cultures supplements 8 Grain Flakes with a total of 5 vitamins – Vitamin K, Thiamine, Niacin, Vitamin B6 and Folic acid – and 6 minerals – Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper – as well as enriches it with fibre (11 g/100 g) and protein (12 g/100 g). The complex carbohydrates present in 8 types of grains provide you with a long-lasting energy.

This product is labelled with keyhole symbol. Products marked with the Keyhole symbol contain significantly less saturated fat, sugar salt and more dietary fibre.
