TRADITIONAL ROLLS mix contains superior grade wheat flour, sugar, salt, egg powder, milk powder, food additives and yeast (attached to the package). One package is enough for 8 large loafs or up to 20 small (restaurant-type) bread rolls.
Using this mixture you can come up with various forms of bread rolls and pastry: plait, snail, hamburger, horn, Cornish pastry, triangular, etc. It is an advantage compared to ready-to-cook bread rolls from frozen dough. Another advantage is the opportunity to experiment with various types of filling. The recipe of the mixture allows to make dough suitable both for salty and sweet filling.
Packaging of Traditional rolls mix:
— coloured carton of 500 g (+ 11 g package of dry yeast);
— paper bags, 10 or 25 kg.
Use your imagination and taste to select sweet fillings: apples, jam, curd, cinnamon, raisins, nuts or poppy seeds. Mushrooms, cabbage, chopped bacon or cheese suit as salty fillings. Use your taste to choose decorations: caraway, linseed, poppy seeds, sugar powder, bran or any type of flakes.
