Buckwheat groats have a mild pleasant taste and are rich in fibre and protein. Suitable for salad, porridge and many other dishes.
Cooking instructions: pour buckwheat groats and water into a small pot, a ratio of 1:2 buckwheat groats to water (e.g. 200g buckwheat, 400g water). Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 min.
