Recipes

Pizza with salad and cheese

Cover the baked pizza crust with homemade tomato pasta and sprinkle over it some fresh rucola and spinach leaves, half-cut cherry tomatoes and olives, chopped avocado and, finally, mozzarella, ricotta or your other favourite cheese. If cheese is fat, use less so that vegetables would form the base of the filling; flavor it with freshly ground black pepper and other spices.

Pizza with shrimps

Brush pesto onto the pizza crust, lay all the boiled shrimps over it, sprinkle thinly with cheese and dried herb mixture and bake according to instructions. Sprinkle the surface of baked pizza with your favourite fresh salad leaves.
