One of the oldest rice type’s. Traditionally used in Indian, Persian and Middle East traditional dishes. Basmati rice is fluffy, has gentle and slightly nutty flavour and pronounced aroma.
Cooking instructions: pour rice and water into a small pot, a ratio of 1:2 rice to water (e.g. 200g rice, 400g water). Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 min.
