You will need:
3 tablespoons prepared starter;
1 cup whole grain rye flour;
1 cup wheat flour (550 D);
1 egg;
1 tablespoon sugar;
2 cups of water;
spices (by your taste).
Sauce:
1 onion;
A cube broth (for example: chicken);
1 tablespoon wheat flour;
2 cups of milk.
Preparation:
Put starter, whole grain rye, wheat flour, egg, sugar and spices (like black pepper, garlic salt or Mediterranean spices) in a bowl, pour a water in and mix the mass until it gets the consistence of a cream. Fry the pancakes in oil until they become nicely brown.
Sauce: fry a bit the chopped onion in oil, crumble in a cube of favorite broth, pour in 1 tablespoon flour, mix all well and pour two glasses of milk in. Mix the sauce until it boiling and thickened. Serve with baked pancakes.
