Flour mix for HEART-SHAPED PANCAKES is made from high grade wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, skimmed milk powder, egg powder, baking powder and vanilla.

Packaging of Pancakes mix:
- carton box of 400 g;
- paper bags of 10 or 25 kg.

Shelf life: 8 months from the date of production.

Preparation:

Pour the content of the package into the bowl. While mixing, pour approximately 400 ml of cold water, 130 g of dissolved butter, margarine, or oil, and mix well until a sold mass. Cook in a medium-heated greased heart-shaped waffle form until lightly browned. Serve with sour cream, jam, ice-cream, whipped cream or favorite sauce.
