PIZZA mix is prepared from superior grade wheat flour, baking yeast, wheat fibres and salt.
Packaging of Pizza mix:
- laminated sachets of 500 g
- paper bags of 10 or 25 kg
Shelf life: 8 months from the date of production.
Preparation: pour contents of the package into a bowl, add 1.5 glass of water while stirring and 6 tablespoons of oil, knead until the dough does not stick to hands. Keep the dough in a warm place for one hour until it proves.
Pizza with sausage: you will need sausage, ketchup, ripened cheese, olives, sweet paprika, oil, salt and pizza spices.
Sprinkle some flour on a board and make a round or a rectangular sheet from the dough. Put the dough into the baking tin and lift the edges. Oil the surface and cover with ketchup, put the products chopped for the pizza and bake for 20 minutes in an oven at 200°C.
