Flour mix for YEAST-RAISED PANCAKES contains high grade wheat flour, sugar, skimmed milk powder, egg powder, salt.
In the box every customer will find 2 packets – separate packet for pancakes mix and separate for dry yeast (8 g).

- packets of 400 g in carton box + dry yeast (8 g).
Preparation:
Pour the content of the package and dry yeast into the bowl, while mixing, pour approximately 300-350 ml of cold water, and mix well until a sold mass. Leave the dough to rest in a warm place for 15–25 minutes. Cook in oil-heated frying-pan until lightly browned. Serve with sour cream, jam, or favorite sauce.
Shelf life - 8 months from the date of production.
