DESSERT CREPES mix is produced by adding egg powder, milk powder, vanillin, citric acid, sugar and salt into superior grade wheat flour.

Packaging of Dessert crepes mix:
- laminated sachets of 500 g
- paper bags of 10 or 25 kg

Shelf life: 8 months from the date of production.

Preparation: to make the paste for crepes, you have to add cold water into the mixture and mix thoroughly. Baked dessert crepes can be served with filling of curd, apples or other types of fruit.

Banana crepes: peal off the bananas and cut into sticks. Put the prepared bananas on the baked side of a crepe, make a roll and bake both sides. Serve with a sauce from condensed milk and cream.

Sauce: heat the condensed milk and add the same amount of cream, add vanillin and heat the mixture. Pour the ready sauce on the crepes.

Apple crepes: put prepared apples on the baked side of the crepe, make a roll and bake both sides. Serve with sour cream, whipped cream or jam.

Filling: grate sour apples with coarse grater, add sugar and cinnamon, mix thoroughly.
