Using the flour mix for PANCAKES you will prepare a filling dish very fast. Just add some water into the mixture.

The product is made from superior grade wheat flour, egg powder, milk powder, wheat fibre, citric acid, substances for dough proving, sugar and salt.

Packaging of Pancakes mix:
- laminated sachets of 500 g
- paper bags of 10 or 25 kg

Shelf life: 8 months from the date of production.

Preparation: add the specified amount of water into contents of the package and stir thoroughly. Now you have the paste for pancakes.

Pancakes with raisins: add raisins kept in water for some time and coated with flour into the paste; mix thoroughly. Bake the pancakes in hot vegetable oil. Serve with sour cream, whipped cream or jam.
