Semolina porridge
1 pack semolina (200 g);
1400 ml milk or water;
20 g sugar;
8 g salt.

Bring 1400 ml milk (or 700 ml milk and 700 ml water) to a boil. Add sugar and salt. Pour the content of the semolina package (200 g) into the boiling milk, stirring intensively. Continue to stir while the porridge cooks for another 2 to 3 minutes until it thickens completely. Recommended to be served with jam, sugar, butter, cinnamon or other flavourings to your liking.

Semolina and cottage cheese cake
150 g semolina;
250 g cottage cheese;
80–100 ml milk;
2 eggs;
3 tablespoons sugar;
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar;
1/2 teaspoon salt;
150 g your favorite dried fruit (apricots, raisins, etc.).

Beat yolks and sugar, add semolina and milk and let stand for 10 minutes to swell. Rinse and dice the dried fruit. Beat whites until stiff. Add cottage cheese and diced fruit to the semolina mixture and stir well. Now fold in beaten whites carefully. Pour batter into a greased baking form and bake at medium heat for around 30 minutes. Recommended to be served with jam, soured cream or other flavourings to your liking.
