CHOCOLATE CAKE mix is made from superior grade wheat flour, egg powder, whey powder, starch, cacao, baking powder and sugar.

Packaging of Chocolate cake mix:
- laminated sachets of 500 g
- paper bags of 10 or 25 kg

Shelf life: 8 months from the date of production.

Preparation: to make a chocolate cake, add the specified amount of water and oil into contents of the package, mix and bake in an oven. Pieces of chocolate in the dough will add new flavours. “Fast” and “tasty” are the keywords.

This mix can be combined with the mix for CAKE; different layers of dough will create a marble pattern.
