CAKE mix contains superior wheat flour, egg powder, baking powder, sugar and aromatic substances. The mixture is of lemon flavour.

Packaging of Cake mix:
- laminated sachets of 500 g
- paper bags of 10 or 25 kg

Shelf life: 8 months from the date of production.

Preparation: add water and oil into contents of the package, mix thoroughly and bake. You may add nuts, raisins, succades and similar additives into the dough. The cake bakes fast and is a perfect dessert for your family or an unexpected guest.

This mix may be combined with the mix for CHOCOLATE CAKE; different layers of dough will create a marble pattern.
