Mix for ZEPPELINS (big dumplings) contains all ingredients for making potato dough for zeppelins. A mix for Zeppelins is made from potato powder, superior grade wheat flour, potato starch and salt.

Packaging of Zeppelins mix:
- laminated sachets of 500 g
- paper bags of 10 or 25 kg

Shelf life: 11 months from the date of production.

Preparation: fill out the content of the packet into 625 ml of water slowly and stir continuously as you do this, and leave the dough to swell for 5-7 minutes. Addition of 4-5 grated potatoes is recommended. If the dough sticks to your hands, put them under water. Prepare your favourite filling and shape the "zeppelins". Very soon the dish will be cooked and you may enjoy it. From now on you do not have to peel, to grate potatoes nor to squeeze out the pulp. The dough is prepared in 10 minutes, and you can make as many as 10-12 "zeppelins" from a packet!

Some compositions for fillings:
- Meat filling: make minced meat, add finely cut pieces of onion fried a little with pepper and salt in butter on a pan, add some water, and mix.
- Filling with mushrooms: cut onions into straws, fry them a little in butter or cooking oil, add cooked mushrooms, some ground pepper, salt, and again fry on a pan for a while.
- Curd filling: grate the curd, add smoked and cooked flank cut into small cubes, add
small pieces of spring-onion or finely cut and fried pieces of onion, and mix.
