This mixture contains all ingredients required to make dough of potato pancakes. The mixture is produced from potato powder, some flour, starch and spices.

Packages of Potato pancakes mix:
- laminated sachets of 500 g
- paper bags of 10 or 25 kg

Shelf life: 11 months from the date of production.

Preparation: dough is prepared by slowly pouring entire contents of the package into the specified (on package) amount of water; don’t forget to stir while pouring. It is recommended to add 3 or 4 fresh grated potatoes thus improving the taste of the pancakes. Put the dough aside for 5-7 minutes; it must prove. You may add one egg.
